Wordpad is a Wordprocessor mode available for Ms-Windows

# 1 Feature -:

Files can be stored in 4 different formats, namely:

Window Voice 6.0

Rich Text Format (RTF)

Text Text

Text Text Ms-Dos Format

Show toolbar, formula bar, status bar, and ruler.

Margins, tabs and indents can be easily set.

Enable print preview.

Different fonts and font sizes can be used in Ducoment.

Bold, Italics, Emphasis symbols and text are available.

Left, Center and right alignment are available.

Character makers can be categorized.

The time and date can be included in the document.

It can be inserted or drawn.

# 2 CLAIMS -:

Header and Foot are not included in the documents.

Correct alignment not found.

Double and One and Last-line Spacing are not available.

Deck tab positions cannot be set.

Personal page classification cannot be included in the Ducoment.

Spelling check feature not found.

Subscript and Superscript character formats are not available.

                  STARTING WORDPAD

start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> wordpad

start -> Run-> type -> wordpad

    

The Wordpad application window will have a control box, Tittle bar, Minimize buttons, Maximize Button's, Close Button, Menu Bar and the app's application.

Tool Bar: - Shown at the bottom of the menu bar, it contains 11 graphical icons called New Icon, Open, Save, Print, Preview, Find, Cut, Copy, Paste, Paste, Date and Time.

 The toolbar can be moved anywhere on the screen by dragging the empty toolbar.

Format Bar: - Contains a set of graphical icons and 2 drop-down menu boxes Font Type, Font Size, Bold, Italic's, Under Line's, Text Color, Align, Left Center align right and character. The format bar can be turned on or off to select from the view menu. It can also be moved anywhere on the screen by dragging the format bar to an empty space.

General: -Show below the format bar. used to set left tab, start line and right back.

Status Bar: - Shown in the message is shown on the left and caps lock. num lock lock indicators are shown on the right.

Typing in Wordpad: - When you type text in wordpad to view a line or finish a section the input point will automatically move to the next line. when the front between the beets in the middle of the line of the stem do not press to enter. this feature is called wordpad.

Menu Button: - The small box on the left of the home tab is called the Menu button. will tell us whether it contains a function that allows the application to open, save, do good or make another option in our documents.

New: - It will give us a new wordpad screen (Ctrl + N)

Open: - Opens the outgoing document (Ctrl + O)

Save: - This function is used to save the file (Ctrl + S)

Save As: - Used to identify the current file.

Page Setup: - Used to set the tag before uploading the document.

Send email: -Used to send the current tab to write to email.

About Wordpad: -

Exit: - Used to close the program.

                              TEXT EDITING

To edit the text click on the location where the text will be edited to get the input point in that area. type text or delete. outgoing text using background or delete key.
